Referral contest rules

Last updated: 11 August 2026

Article 1 — Organiser

The contest is organised by Salah-Eddine Sriar — enseigne Glazen, Entrepreneur individuel (micro-entreprise) — RCS Bourg-en-Bresse 989 482 575, SIRET 989 482 575 00010, whose registered office is at 185 rue Alexandre Bérard, 01500 Ambérieu-en-Bugey, France (hereinafter “the organiser”).

Article 2 — Purpose

The contest rewards people on the Glazen waiting list who spread the word about it. It is free to enter and requires no purchase: no spending of any kind is needed to take part or to receive a prize.

This is a contest, not a lottery: winners are determined by a measurable result, not by chance.

Article 3 — Duration

The contest closes on December 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Paris time). The ranking is fixed at that moment. Referrals confirmed after that date are no longer counted.

Article 4 — Eligibility

One entry per person. Email addresses are normalised before processing: variants of the same mailbox (+ sub-addressing, dots in a Gmail username) are treated as one and the same address. Disposable and temporary addresses are refused.

The organiser, and members of their household, may not take part.

Article 5 — How it works

Once their signup is confirmed, each participant receives a personal link. That link contains a code derived from their email address by a non-reversible function: no table exists that would allow the code to be traced back to a person.

A referral is counted when, and only when, all three of the following conditions are met:

Self-referral is technically impossible: a link used by its own holder is not counted.

Article 6 — Determining the winners

At closing, the 3 participants with the highest number of confirmed referrals are declared winners, provided they have gathered at least 3 confirmed referrals.

In the event of a tie for the last available place, a draw is held among the tied participants only. If fewer participants reach the minimum than there are prizes, only the corresponding prizes are awarded.

Winners are notified by email at the address they signed up with, within fifteen days of closing. Failing a reply within thirty days of that email, the prize passes to the next participant in the ranking.

Article 7 — Prize

Each winner receives one product of their choice from the entire Glazen store, with no price limit, delivery included within the territories listed in Article 4.

Each winner also gets into the store 24 hours before it opens to the public. During the first of those twenty-four hours, the three winners are the only people allowed on the site.

The prize is personal. It cannot be exchanged, transferred, replaced by its cash value, or claimed by a third party.

Article 8 — Delivery of the prize

The Glazen store is not yet open for sale. The winner picks the product of their choice from the collection presented at opening, and receives it within thirty days of that choice.

Should the store not have opened within twelve months of the contest closing, the organiser undertakes to agree with each winner on a replacement prize of at least equivalent value to the product they had designated.

Article 9 — Fraud

Any attempt to distort the ranking results in immediate and permanent exclusion of the participant, without notice or compensation. This covers in particular: creating email addresses for the sole purpose of referring oneself, using third-party addresses without their consent, and resorting to disposable address services or automated tools.

The organiser reserves the right to verify the regularity of entries and to set aside any account whose behaviour bears the marks of automated signup.

Article 10 — Personal data

The contest collects no data beyond the waiting list itself. Only the participant's email address is kept and, separately, a counter attached to a non-reversible code. No named ranking is published: a participant can see only their own referral count and their own rank.

Full details — legal basis, retention period, exercising your rights — are set out in the privacy policy.

Article 11 — Liability

The organiser cannot be held liable for a network malfunction, a third-party service failure, or the loss or delay of an email beyond their control. Taking part implies awareness and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the internet.

Article 12 — Amendment and cancellation

The organiser reserves the right to shorten, extend, amend or cancel the contest should circumstances require, without incurring liability. Any amendment is reflected by an update to this page, and participants already signed up are informed by email.

Article 13 — Acceptance

Taking part in the contest implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules. They can be consulted free of charge at any time on this page.

Article 14 — Governing law

These rules are governed by French law. Any complaint must be sent to [email protected] within thirty days of the contest closing. Failing an amicable settlement, the dispute falls to the competent French courts.

The contest is not organised, sponsored or administered by Meta, Google or any other social network or search engine, none of which are associated with it in any way.

Article 15 — Languages

These rules are offered in several languages. In the event of a discrepancy in interpretation between versions, the French version prevails.
